Xerox does allow for "Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day" which occurs on the 4th Thursday in April every year. Please confirm this with your manager and note the specific safety guidelines for bringing your school-aged child to work.

Xerox LifeCycle Assistance - Eligible Xerox employees are able to take advantage of the LifeCycle Assistance opportunities, up to a total value over the length of a career with Xerox. This program pays out for events like childbirth, first time home buyers, and extended health care benefit.
Xerox Adoption Assistance - Provides reimbursement of up to a limit for covered expenses incurred in the adoption process
Xerox Tuition Assistance - Xerox employees receive reimbursement for college courses towards degrees related to your job/career.
Dependent Care FSA - Xerox employees are eligiable to contribute to a dependent care FSA which offer pre-tax benefits for childcare expenses like daycares. You can signup either during your benefits election (traditionally in October/November) or after a life event (such as a child birth) when you can re-elect your benefits.
Some tips you should know
- Insurance companies offer some special programs for pregnancy, call your health insurance company to see if any programs are offered. For example, one program paid $250 for a few phone calls.
- Hospitalization insurance is available during enrollment which can help pay labor costs.
- Be sure to update your benefits elections 30 days after your child is born to update your insurance.
- Be sure to update your W-4 to correct your deductions.
